You now have access to all forms and placement materials on SONIA.
If this is your first time using SONIA, we ask that you follow the step by step process below:
1. Please ensure that Sydney Student has your current address and contact details.
2. Click on the Checks tab above and enter all required documentation. Hit Save once it has been entered. When entering mandatory checks, the value date needs to be the date the document will expire. For National Police Checks and WWCC these are both 5 years after the date of issue. The Reference is the organisational reference number for the National Police Check or the actual WWCC number, please ensure you include the letters in the reference number.
3. Click on forms and ensure all required forms are completed.
